Spaghettie

Today I was anxious to cook a real meal since Isaac can finally eat normal foods!  All day I was excited to eat spaghetti ( : Isaac invited our friends Karla and Dan over for dinner and we ate! We don't have a table so we all squished on the couch.  Isaac made his trademark sauce as usual ( : I even made frosting from scratch; we had a chocolate cake..mmmn.  I also made garlic bread with just normal white bread, we had to improvise.  It was a good meal, we were all in food coma after and when Karla and Dan left me and Isaac crashed for a good 3hr nap! I still feel extra heavy from the meal!

Thanksgiving

Today was my first Thanksgiving away from my family.  I woke up at 10:00am from my Momma calling me and talked to my Dad also, I enjoyed that ( :  Then I fell back asleep till 12:30.  I know, that is really late but my sleeping schedule is out of whack and its vacation!  President Kinghorn, temple president in Rexburg, called us and invited us over.  We went to his home and it was us, a couple from Albania, and his father that he and his sweet wife had over for dinner.  It was a nice dinner, me and Stella helped set the table and clean up, she's a really cool girl.  Dinner was very nice and filling! We enjoyed eating with the Kinghorns, that was a blessing.  Then right after that Bro. Russel, we work in the temple with him, invited us over.  So we had another dinner! Wow I was stuffed.  It's a small world, I found out that one of his daughters is Melissa, who was one of my teachers on summit! So it was fun to visit with her.  I was worried that this Thanksgiving wasn't going to feel like Thanksgiving, but thanks to our loving friends it was a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

This morning at 8:10am Isaac got his wisdom teeth removed.  The procedure took 26mn.  When they finished the doctor told me that everything went great and Isaac is acting pretty drunk.  They waited a little while for the anesthesia to calm down and they gave him back to me ( :  We were in and out in about an hour!  Isaac was very happy when he came out, he said it was really cool and just felt like a nap.  I stopped and got him a Jamba Juice on the way home.  He is feeling much better than I did when I got mine out.  He has no swelling right now.  We watched a movie and he's been playing video games all day with little pain ( :

A really brief catch up on our life as a new Family!!!

-We got married August 1, 2009 in the Dallas Texas LDS temple. 
-We honeymooned in Florida.
-We had a long journey home and stopped in Nauvoo where we stayed at a cabin for $6.00 a night!
-We are now back in Idaho where we go to school at BYU-I.  We enjoy going to the park and rollerblading; when it is not freezing outside!
-We try to go on dates weekly. We have to get creative to save money ( :
-We also enjoy biking, we go out to the potato fields when the weather is nice. In the future we plan on getting into road biking ( :
- For halloween we went to a church party, carved a pumkin, ate caramel apples/pop-corn balls, and watched hocus pocus!
-I try to cook; usually it does not turn out as expected.  So we don't have good meals often. However I am improving!
-Right now I am very busy with school.  Isaac is not in school this semester but will be next semester.  -He got a job with a family company shoveling and plowing drive-ways when it snows.  I got a job for next semester working at the Outdoor Resource Center on campus! 
-Isaac is in Mens choir. 
-We teach Latin Dancing on campus on Fridays. 
-We work in the Rexburg LDS temple Thursday nights.  
-We just got out for Thanksgiving Break! 
-Isaac is getting his wisdom teeth out on Tuesday! 
-We really enjoy being married and have lots of fun together, he brings me lots of joy and happiness ( :
